Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
If you want to try out software before buying it you can download a trial version from our download page.
Reports and license files will be dispatched by email once a purchase has been made.
Programs can be downloaded and used for a trial period. If you choose to purchase the software license files will be dispatched by email.
Keys are automatically sent out every 10 minutes. At busy tiimes this can take longer. If you don not receive your license key please check your spam folders (particularly if you are using gmail).
VAT will be added at 20% where appropriate.

Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this license agreement ("Agreement"), www.1stoporders.com grants you, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to execute, display and perform this copy of a www.1stoporders.com product ("Software") and accompanying soft-copy documentation ("Documentation") in the country in which you acquired or downloaded the Software and Documentation from the Internet.
- download the Software and Documentation to any number of machines for demonstration purposes only for a period of 21 days. After this time a license must be purchased to continue to use the software.
- during the 21 day demonstration period you may use the Software solely for the purposes of testing and evaluating its performance
- continue to use the software after the 21 day period if a license is purchased.
You may not use the Software or Documentation for any other purpose, and you may not distribute any part of it, either alone or with any other software products which you may distribute.
The Software and Documentation are protected by the Copyright Act and, where required, under the following copyright:

You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement or any applicable laws. The Software and Documentation are licensed and not sold to you. www.1stoporders.com retains title to the Software and Documentation and to any copies you make of them.
3. DEMO VERSION
- sample all of the functions of the Software, at the user's own risk, for a limited 21 day period of time.
- Download and install the Software on a workstation or server where you would like to evaluate its functionality.
4. LICENSED VERSION
On the purchase of a single PC license, the Licensee agrees to only use the license on a single machine, possibly used by one or more persons. Multiple user licenses may also be purchased, whereby a license per machine is supplied. Any other combination, or using the software or license on a network server, is not permitted. For monthly licenses after an initial order for a monthly license you will be contacted to setup regular monthly payments (through Paypal or Standing Order). Once setup you can cancel the payments at any time (your license will still be valid until 31 days from last payment.
5. SOFTWARE UPDATES
Nothing in this licence shall oblige or require www.1stoporders.com to provide any updated, improved or other version of the software other than that supplied at the commencement of this licence.
6 SOFTWARE SUPPORT
www.1stoporders.com provides support using electronic email. Telephone support can be supplied as a paid for additional service (with some versions of the software telephone support is included, see website for more details). Any support requests beyond a reasonable limit (defined by 1stoporders.com) may incur additional costs. These costs will be provided before commencement of any support provided by www.1stoporders.com.
NOTE: Support is for help in using or configuring the software not anomalies found in the software (known as bugs). If any bugs are found in the software, once reported, www.1stoporders.com will confirm this and may provide a resolution for the issue found.
7. USE RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to do any of the following:
- use, copy or modify the Software and Documentation, except as provided in this license;
- reverse assemble, reverse compile or otherwise translate the Software;
- transfer this license to anyone;
- sublicense, rent, lease or assign this license to the Software and Documentation;
- transmit or otherwise distribute the Software and Documentation to anyone without prior permission from www.1stoporders.com
- Use a multi-user version of the software with different software versions (e.g. all users must be using the Premium version, not 1 user using Premium and all the others Professional).
- Any custom work or amendments paid for (or not paid for) and actioned by 1stoporders.com (or Mole End Ltd) are not allowed to be given, sold or transferred to any other party (or parties) without express permission from 1stoporders.com (or Mole End Ltd).
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and shall not be governed by the provisions of the United Nation Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. TERM AND TERMINATION
The term of this license will begin with installation of this product. www.1stoporders.com reserves the right to terminate this license at any time. This license will automatically terminate upon your failure to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, whichever comes first. When this license ends, for whatever reason, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
10. NO WARRANTY
The software and documentation are provided "as-is," and www.1stoporders.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with regard to the software and documentation, including, but not limited to, any warranty of title or non-infringement or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
In no event will www.1stoporders.com be liable to you or to any third party for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, special, direct, indirect and consequential damages or any damages resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action based on contract, tort or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use of the software and documentation, even if www.1stoporders.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will www.1stoporders.com be held liable for providing functionality if the functionality requires the use of 3rd party functionality (or website) that is either withdrawn, degraded or not operating in a previously functioning satisfactory manner. www.1stoporders.com reserves the right to remove or adapt functionality where it no longer works due to third party action.
12. SEVERABILITY, ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any part of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, it will not affect the rest of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This Agreement is the only understanding and agreement between you and www.1stoporders.com with respect to the Software and Documentation, and it supersedes all prior related communications, understandings or agreements between you and www.1stoporders.com.
13. REGISTRATION AND DATA PROTECTION
The Software may automatically register an encrypted form of its license (and related details) with www.1stoporders.com. This measure is to prevent software piracy. The information sent is the unique machine identifier, email and website addresses and the www.1stoporders.com software product identifier installed ("Your Data"). By submitting Your Data to us you agree to our storage, use and disclosure of that data.
Unless you notify us otherwise you agree that we may use and analyse Your Data to assess the www.1stoporders.com software installed.

With all licenses you have full access to our Knowledgebase and Email Support. We have a dedicated online support portal where you can create and manage support tickets. We retain this information electronically, so that we can respond to any queries regarding your order. We will only contact you in relation to your order. The exception to this is if you have explicitly asked us to contact you in relation to an issue or marketing information.
Payments by cards are not handled by us, you will be directed to either PayPal or Shopify. We can never see or have access to your card details.

If you are not happy with your purchase from 1StopOrders we will do our best to help. If our software does not do what we said it would do, tell us. If we can not resolve your problem you can return the software and we will refund the purchase price providing that you notify us of the problem within 31 days of the original order.
Securing your One Stop Order Processing Information on your PC
Windows provides all the security features that you need to keep your order and customer information safe and remain compliant with all websites' data policies (including GDPR and PII). The features available that should be setup and used are:
1 Create a secure Windows login (using a phone or valid login name and password),
2 Windows should automatically encrypt all your computer's drives' data (to AES-256 security level). If this is not enabled or configured this should be turned on or configured to do so. You can also use Bit Locker or install other third party drive encryption (some free) such as VeraCrypt or AxCrypt to achieve this security level.
3 Install and maintain Anti-Virus software (which will also have additional features to protect your data and personal details).
4 Turn on Windows Firewall or your Anti-Virus Firewall. If internet access is achieved by using a Broadband router this will normally come with additional firewall software and configuration. Make sure these are all turned on.
Reporting Software Issues/Problems

The tickets and information are stored in a secure and managed environment. You can login to the support system at any time to look at the progress of any outstanding issues or messages. All information is stored within the support system and complies with GDPR. For more information go to https://www.zoho.com/desk/gdpr.html.
Any information within a ticket which includes PII is not retained on completion of a ticket (issue); i.e. any PII is removed. If a ticket has not been resolved within 30 days of PII origination the PII is removed from the ticket. Any included files from tickets with PII are also removed after 29 days.
Providing Remote Support/Problems
If we provide remote support for training or software issues/problems we can connect to your PC using Zoho Assist. We will send you an email with a secure link that allows you to provide access to your PC. This software complies with GDPR. For more information go to https://www.zoho.com/assist/gdpr.html When we connect to your PC, you confirm, at each stage if you give us permission to do so.
We do not record or capture any information from your computer. We only require access to resolve the software issues that you show us. We never ask for usernames or passwords or any PII.
