How to import your Etsy orders into One Stop Order Processing

The following guide will show you how to export and download the order file from your Etsy shop then import it into One Stop Order Processing.

You will need to log in to your Etsy account and follow the steps below

1 Click Shop Manger, shown below.

2 Follow the menu option Settings -> Options -> Download Data.

3 Click the Your Shop tab , then select Orders and then Orders again, shown below

4 Click the Download a CSV file link at the bottom of the orders page, shown below.

5 Set the CSV Type to Order Items and choose the time period that you wish to import your orders, shown below.

6 Now you are ready to import your CSV file into One Stop Order Processing.

7 Click the Import button ()and click Add.

8 Set your import to type to Etsy. 

9 Click Next and add in the file location of your CSV file that you just exported from Etsy. We recommend using the same filename to exports to from Etsy. In this way you can quickly import orders into One Stop Order Processing each time (and the process can be automated).

10 Click OK.

11 You are shown specific options for Etsy. These should be correct. Click OK to confirm the details.
