We only hold personal data for as long as is necessary. Once data is no longer needed it is deleted from our systems. Any personal data (PII) is automatically removed after 29 days

For administrative purposes any data is encrypted when stored and not accessible to any third parties.

We never sell, rent or exchange any customer details

Any data shared with third parties is only for the reasons of fulfilment. However, such information will also be subject to our partners’ privacy policies.

Our software does not use cookies and any interaction with external websites (e.g. Amazon services) disables any caching (cookies) or history of any such communication. Furthermore, any interaction with websites (e.g. Amazon services) is encrypted.

8 Processing Purpose
We will only process the minimum data required to achieve the required goals for interaction with websites (e.g. Amazon services)

9 Legal Basis for Processing
Your agreement to these terms confirms means you are giving us consent to process your data.

10 Your Rights
You have the right to access and alter data we have on you, the right to limit or stop our processing of that data, and also the right to request its deletion. We must comply with deletion, access and alteration requests within one month. Complaints regarding any aspect of our treatment of your rights can be made to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
